It all started well.
i got down from the house, waited.
Then 2 of my friends came with a car.
i entered and we talked.
It was fun and exciting because it was the first time for the driver to drive with friends as his passenger.
We took the road deeper into Desa Pandan.
i noticed the windsreen was not very clear because we had the air-cond turned off, and the windows shut.
So there was quite a foggy windsreen and we couldn't see the road clearly.
i asked the other friend who was in the front seat to clear it out.
But the fog wouldn't go away...
At that time, i saw a parked, big tractor ahead of us.
We were going fast.
Fast enough to hit the tractor and get us all killed.
i shouted.
The driver moved the car a bit to the right.
And...
We hit the right rear tyre of the tractor.
The car was damaged on the front, left side.
Luckily we were not hurt.
Luckily the car was lightly damaged.
God showed to us tonight.
That His power is boundless.
That we could've been dead in a blink of an eye.
That He saved us in a blink of an eye.
Though it all happened so fast,
i was able to see, to feel each and every tick of the clock.
i was able to see how we could have been dead.
Instead, we are alive.
We were given the chance to repair oursleves.
We were given the chance to seek knowledge.
We were given the chance to seek the truth.
Me and my friends got back home, we turned on our PCs.
We chit and we chat.
i wished someone a belated birthday,
i watched some videos on youtube.
i blogged this experience of mine.
Tonight, i learned to be careful, to be concentrated, to keep God in our Hearts all the time.
Tonight, i witnessed God's power.
Subhanallah,
Alhamdulillah,
Laa ilaha Illallah,
Allahu Akbar...

Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation
After leaving the telemarketing world, i stayed at home for a month.
A month of COMPLETE BOREDOM and emptiness.
i decided to get myself busy again.
i asked Abah,
'Bah, HSBC ade keje kosong tak?'
He was like,
'Ade, temporary punye position, clerical. Bak sini resume.'
WHOA!
A chance to work at The World's Local Bank!
So with the help of my beloved Ibu, we made my resume and had it submitted to the HR.
Finally i got the job as a TMP Clerk at DSR (Damansara) Branch.
So far, the people are good, the job is easy (and a lot, of course) and the environment is healthy.
I try my best to keep myself ON-Brand each and every second in the office.
Unlike the environment at WaterDrops, i always looked forward for lunchtime, always snooping out with friends, smoking, extended lunchtimes, used the company phone to call people, work on weekends, work on public holidays, hot-tempered, work more-pay less, cheating people, cheated by people, cheated by bosses and many more negative aspects of the working life.
But let bygones be bygones.
Let us move on towards a better life, a better job, a better SALARY (hehehe), a better KNOWLEDGE.
HUZZAH!!! =p

The meaning of 'FALIQ'.
Whenever i came across somebody who can speak Arabic, i'd ask him,
'Do you know the meaning of Faliq?'
They'll answer,
'No. Never heard of that word. But I do know Fariz, Fariq, Faizal etc...'
Me, myself, i'm not really sure of the meaning of my own name either!!!
But according to my Abah (dad), Faliq means, he who divides, compares between what is good and what is bad.
i also asked Abang Mie, he said he found the word 'FALIQ' inside the Quran.
It is Spoken in Surah Al-An'am, verse 95-96.
95. Verily! It is Allah WHO CAUSES the seedgrain and the fruitstone (like datestone, etc.) to split and sprout. He brings forth the living from the dead, and it is He Who brings forth the dead from the living. Such is Allah, then how are you deluded away from the truth?
96. (He is the) CLEAVER of the daybreak. He has appointed the night for resting, and the sun and the moon for
i bolded the words 'who causes' and 'cleaver' because those words meant 'FALIQ' in Arabic.
i even checked at many e-dictionaries for the meaning of 'CLEAVER'.
There were lots of meanings and most of them are similar.
Divides, compares, splits etc.
But i was quite shocked and excited when i found out, if the word CLEAVER or CLEAVE is translated Directly to Indonesian or Malaysian,
it would meant parang or golok (machete.
You know what parangs and machetes do..... =)
hehehhee.....
So for some of you who might have thought that my name is a bit weird and uncommon and wondered what it meant, you now know.
;p

The first step.
Assalamualaikum and Hello all!!!
Neil Armstrong landed on the moon. Once he set foot on it, he said:
'That's one small step for (a) man, but a giant leap for mankind.'
The first time we all walked, we would stand up first, and then we make one small step, and we would smile and laughed.

Why?
Although we were still small, still empty, still stupid, we did the greatest thing which is the ability to walk, the ability to move.
We all felt glad and although it was a very tiny step, it was a big, big giant leap within our hearts.
It is exactly the same of what i feel right now at approximately 0245hrs in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
That same feeling we got at the first time we stepped, the first time we moved on.
i am moving on by starting this blog. Surely i won't stay blogging at Myspace forever (hehe).
My purpose of blogging is to share what i know, what i saw, what i see and what will i see with the world.
And at the same time, share what other people know, what other people saw, what other people see and other people will see.
i will share my knowledge and experience with you, my beloved friends.
Well, that is all for now i think.
If i don't get too sleepy, i think i'll post some more in a short while.
So, see you when i see you!
